I have a banana bread recipe that was given to me and I am not sure where this person got the recipe from or how it turns out for them, but every time I have tried it it has come out mushy and sticky in the middle. This is the third time it has happened and I even tried altering the recipe this time around.
Today it dawned on me that I have stupidly wasted precious bananas and after the first disastrous bread I should have just looked-up a recipe online. I don't know why I didn't think of this before, I wish I was more flexible so I could kick myself in the B-U-T-T. God, I am stupid!
Now, I am on the search for the perfect recipe. I love banana bread and I am not giving up on it. Don't worry bananas, I will do you justice--once I find the right recipe!
